Carnival Listings During Week of June 15

We again had three articles listed in carnivals this week.

First up, our article, The Vanishing School Bus, was listed in the Carnival of Personal Finance #157. This was the third anniversary for this carnival. That is a long time for a weekly blog carnival. Congratulations to all involved. Other posts on the carnival that I liked were

  • Moolanomy has a fun Financial IQ Test. I got a high IQ, but only because I earned a few bonus points for leaving a comment with a couple additional IQ suggestions.
  • The Wisdom Journal has My Top 5 Personal Finance Blunders. I’ve done one of the blunders, “I chased hot investments.” I have definitely learned from that one, but it did cost me big time in 2000.
  • The Financial Blogger has Financial Super Powers Series: Time Control and Super Speed. I shouldn’t admit this, but I am watching Spiderman while I type this. I work on my superpowers most every day.

Next, our article, Museum Membership, was listed in the 130th Edition of the Festival of Frugality. With the down economy, many people want to share their frugal ideas. I am glad they do. Posts I liked were

Finally, last but not least, our article, Haircuts, was listed in the Money Hacks Carnival #17 – Music of the ’80s. There were lots of good posts here. Some I liked were

That’s it for my participation in the carnivals this week. Please take some time to check them out. You will be happy you did.
